Death by Push-ups
Do push-ups according to the following:
Min 1: 1 push-up
Min 2: 2 push-ups
Min 3: 3 push-ups
etc. Go until you can’t keep up.
Rest 5:00, Then,
5 - 50m Sprints (rest 1:1/work:rest)
