Skill: Overhead Press Techniques/use of core/head through at top position

Strength: Shoulder Press 7-7-7-7-7

MetCon: 15 Minute EMOM (Every 1:30 x 10)

- 4 Ring Dips/10 Box Dips

- 6 Box Jumps (20/24)

- 8 Push-ups

Score will be heaviest set of shoulder presses and maintaining MetCon. If athlete cannot keep up, EMOM becomes an AMRAP. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
