Good evening… Unfortunately Shane had an emergency appendectomy today-his appendix ruptured. He will be in the hospital for several days.

Due to all of this -the gym will operate as open gym all next week.

All Primal Freedom Classes are cancelled for next week.

Shane is resting well right now. I will keep you all updated. Just keep him in your prayers. Thank you for your prayers, patience and understanding.
