-Ring Dips/Box Dips
-KB Sumo deadlifts (53/35)
-Burpee Box Overs (24/20)
-Clean & Jerk (95/65)
-Toes To Bar/High Knee Raises
*Bonus: Snake eyes (two ones) Athlete runs 400M.
