Want you all to know that on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day), Root Down CrossFit will be hosting its first annual Memorial Day “Murph” workout celebrating the duty of our Armed Forces by honoring the memory of Lt. Michael Murphy who, among so many, gave his life protecting our country.
There will be only two class times on Monday…9:30 am and 3:00 pm. These will be class times designated to completing Murph. Bring friends and family to cheer you on.
The following workout suggests workout be done with a 20lb vest (men) or 10lb vest (women)…optional of course.

Then,
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Then,
Run 1 Mile
Exercises can be broken up into sets as athlete sees necessary.
