Good evening Root Down CrossFitters…ahhh, that smell of chalk and sweat and probably hand sanitizer is upon us…finally. I look forward to seeing you all this week. Below is a list of some things we’ll be implementing this week…
- I will have 9 stations marked off on the mats. Each athlete will warm up and perform their workout and mobility in this area.
- There will be hand sanitizer available at entry and exit.
- Athletes will leave weights and used equipment in their area upon leaving. Misty and I will clean before next class time.
- Equipment cannot be shared. As needed, bars will be loaded individually allowing athlete to prepare their weights one athlete at a time.
- Pull-up bars will be used by only one athlete during a session.
- Rig will not be used for strength sessions due to the number of stations. But, we WILL strength train.
- All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following each class.
- Lastly, masks are optional.

7:30 class will be canceled until further notice to allow for cleanup between classes.

“Fun with Plates” Suggested weights (35/25)
- 200M Run/Jog Plate Carry (Alternate arms at 100M)
- 15 Ground 2 Overhead
- 16 Dynamic Push-ups
- 10 Squats
- 10 Alternating Stationary Lunges with Plate extended overhead
