Strength: Row 500M for time (rowers will be cleaned after each use)
Metcon:
“Light DT” 10 Min EMOM (95/75 Suggested Weights)
EACH ROUND:
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Hang Cleans
- 6 Shoulder to Overheard (Anyhow)
If cannot keep up, Metcon becomes AMRAP. Score will be Weight Used. See you tomorrow!
Metcon will be done in waves if necessary.
