PT 3: 3 Squat Cleans

PT 4: 3 Squat Cleans

PT 5: 1 Squat Clean

*Add weight every round!

MetCon

3 Rounds for Time

- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)

- 10 Pull-ups/14 Ring Rows

- 10 Over The Box Burpees

- 3 Squat Cleans (135/95)

Score will be heaviest squat clean and total time in MetCon. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
