What an amazing couple of days at Root Down. I’m seeing new goals…goals met and the community I love to see…

- As many alt kb/db snatches (44/35)

Rest 1:00 between intervals

Workout is complete when 100 snatches are accumulated resulting in a time. Or, when second 3 minute interval ends resulting in a score of total snatches accumulated.

Score will be heaviest deadlift or total time or total snatches. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
