With Murph Prep out of the way, I want to let you know that on Memorial Day, we will be having our annual Murph workout. Only one class that day…10:30am. You can bring a partner and perform as a partner workout if you wish. Weighted vests are optional.
TOMORROW’S 5:30AM CLASS WILL BE SELF-LED.
THERE WILL BE NO 6:30PM CLASS TOMORROW.

*Every 2:30, athlete must stop and perform 3 Squat Cleans (115/85).
