Go until you can complete a set in a the minute. Then,
Air Squats on the Minute
Minute 1: 1 Air Squat
Minute 2: 2 Air Squats
Minute 3: 3 Air squats
Score will be last minute full reps completed. It will seem easy at the beginning. But, sit back. It will be fun long term.
