Got a “fun” one for tomorrow…no equipment needed.

“Death” by Burpees…set up a timer…

Minute 1: 1 Burpee

Minute 2: 2 Burpees

Minute 3: 3 Burpees

And, so on…go until you complete max burpees within that minute.
