Hello all! As always, I hope this post finds you safe and well. Another gorgeous day today. I hope everyone was able to get outside and perhaps hike or just move around. Remember, put only whole foods in your body. If it comes in a box or can…don’t eat it!
Find that jug we used last week. Or, fill up a new one…and, of course, use a kettlebell if you have it.
