Good evening all…I hope you are all well. I’ll update each of you at the end of the week regarding the reopening of Root Down CrossFit. However, in lite of the last couple of days, I am not feeling optimistic about next week. In any event, we will continue sending you workouts and recipe ideas to stay on top of your game.
