Partners to accumulate 130 Wall Balls. Working separately partner 1 starts wall balls-partner 2 rests-when partner 1 breaks wall balls-partner 2 performs 13 American Kettle Bell swings. Then Partner 2 starts wall balls-partner 1 rests. When partner 2 breaks wall blass-partner 1 performs 13 American Kettle Bell Swings . Etc until 130 Wall Balls are accumulated.
