Partner 2: Begins the following sequence:
- 20 Plate Ground to Overhead (35/25)
- 15 Box Dips/10 Ring Dips
- 10 Box Step-overs with Wall Ball (20/14)
*Partners will switch as Partner 1 completes row/bike.
Rest 5 Minutes
8 Min AMRAP
Partner 1: Holds plate locked out overhead (35/25)
Partner 2: Begins the following sequence:
- 15 BW Squats
- 10 Dynamic Push-ups
- 5 Burpees
*Partners will switch upon completion of each round.
