“Partner MetCon Friday”

Warmup

- PVC Spine Extensions w/ torso rotation

- 8 PVC Around the Worlds (Both Directions)

- Jog to Dumpster/Back

MetCon

For Time and Reps

10 Rounds (5 each athlete)

- 100 Single unders

While Partner one does singles under, partner 2 performs as many single arm kettlebell Swings (44/35) as possible. Partners switch each time 100 singles are completed.

Score will be time in Metcon and total number of swings. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!

Mobility

- Total Body Roll-out (Upper/Lower Back, Hamstrings, Calves, Quads)
