Partner 2: Begins the following movements…

- 14 Goblet Lunges (44/35)

- 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (same kb)

- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)

- 8 Toes to Bar/8 Toes to Rings/12 Hanging High Knee Raises

Once Partner 1 returns from run, athlete will take over where Partner 2 has gotten to in the movements. This rotation will continue the duration of the AMRAP.

Score will be total rounds and reps completed by each team. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
