Letting everyone know that next week, we will be leaving on a week long hiatus. However, as awesome as all of our members are, I have recruited a few to open the gym at MOST regular times.

It will be open gym format. However, I will be posting MetCon’s each day to give each of you a little direction if needed.

As of now (if anything changes, I will let you know), this week’s schedule is as below…

5:30 AM - M,W,F

8:30 AM - M,W

NOON - M-F

4:30 PM - M-F

5:45 PM - M,Th,F

Score will be time in carry. If athlete fails to keep up with AMRAP, score will be rounds plus reps. Otherwise, you earn a Root Down smiley face! DOWORK!
