Letting everyone know that next week, we will be leaving on a week long hiatus. However, as awesome as all of our members are, I have recruited a few to open the gym at MOST regular times.
It will be open gym format. However, I will be posting MetCon’s each day to give each of you a little direction if needed.
As of now (if anything changes, I will let you know), this week’s schedule is as below…

Partner 1: Run 400M
Partner 2: Begins the following…
- 16 Mountain Climbers
- 12 Nasties
- 8 Burpees
- 2 Rope Climbs/6 Ground 2 Stand
When Partner 1 comes in from run, he/she will take over where Partner 2 is in the sequence as Partner 2 begins their run. This will continue the duration of the AMRAP. Score will be rounds plus reps. DOWORK!
