Letting everyone know that next week, we will be leaving on a week long hiatus. However, as awesome as all of our members are, I have recruited a few to open the gym at MOST regular times.
It will be open gym format. However, I will be posting MetCon’s each day to give each of you a little direction if needed.
As of now (if anything changes, I will let you know), this week’s schedule is as below…

- Box Jumps (24/20)
Station 4
- AbMat Situps
Score will be accumulation of reps of all 4 stations. Athletes will remain at each station 8 rounds before moving onto the next. DOWORK!
