Engage the Shoulders
Letting everyone know that next week, we will be leaving on a week long hiatus. However, as awesome as all of our members are, I have recruited a few to open the gym at MOST regular times.
It will be open gym format. However, I will be posting MetCon’s each day to give each of you a little direction if needed.
As of now (if anything changes, I will let you know), this week’s schedule is as below…

- 8 Power Cleans (115/85)
- 8 Shoulder 2 Overhead
- 8 Front Rack Lunges (If you feel uncomfortable with this movement, substitute a kettlebell in the goblet position)
Score will be heaviest Push Press and rounds plus reps in MetCon. DOWORK!
