Partners will take turns drawing from a deck of cards using the following movement guide as a key:
HEARTS: Burpees
SPADES: Plate Ground 2 Overhead (45/35)
DIAMONDS: Pull-Ups/Ring Rows x 2
CLUBS: ABMAT SITUPS x 2
Bonus Joker - Athlete will complete an 800M Hill Run
