P1 and P2: 10 Tire Flips and 10 Tire Jumps
P3: 20 Kettlebell Swings (44/35) and 200 M Farmers Carry
When P3 returns, athlete will switch with P1. When P1 returns, thru will switch with P2. This will continue until each athlete has performed 3 rounds of swings and farmers carries.
Score will be total time and number of tire flips and jumps rounds performed. See you all tomorrow. DOWORK!
