For Time (2 Parts)
P1 begins a 2k Row. P2 begins a wall sit (back must be against the wall while femur remains parallel to the floor with feet directly under knees). Each time wall sits break, Partners trade places until 2K M is reached.
P1 begins 150 American KB swings (44/35) while P2 starts a bar hang. Once bar hang is broken, partners switch places. This will continue until 150 KB swings is reached.
Athlete will proceed immediately to part 2 after part 1 is complete. Score will be total time for both parts combined. See you tomorrow. DOWORK!
