- 100M Double Plate Pinch Carry (35/25)*

- 20 Stationary Lunges with Plate locked overhead

- 16 Plate Burpees (Push from plate, both feet land on plate)

- 12 Power Cleans (95/75)

If athletes can’t keep up, MetCon becomes AMRAP

Partners accumulate total reps.

Only plate carry to be done simultaneously. Both athletes, must complete the carry at the same time
