Partners to accumulate 150 Wall Balls. Working separately partner 1 starts wall balls-partner 2 rests-when partner 1 breaks wall balls-partner 2 performs 20 AbMat Sit-ups . Then Partner 2 starts wall balls-partner 1 rests. When partner 2 breaks wall balls, partner 1 performs 20 AbMat Sit-ups . Etc until 150 Wall Balls are accumulated.
