Hope everyone had a great weekend! We wanted to let everyone know Coach Kristin will be coaching several classes next week! She will be coaching Monday 4/24 @ 6:30pm and Wednesday 4/26 @ 12pm and 6:30pm! Kristin is very knowledgable and passionate about coaching and we are all so fortunate to have her as a part of our Root Down family!

20 Min Amrap (with clock running up: run when clock says 0:00, 4:00, 8:00,12:00, 16:00 at minute 20:00 workout is complete)

Every 4 Minutes:

Run 200 M

Then as many rounds and reps as possible of:

3 Pull-Ups/Ring Rows

6 Dynamic Push Ups (need a 25lb plate)

9 Sumo KB Squats 53/44

Score will be number of rounds and reps completed X 5
