On occasion, we’ll take a day to appreciate the progress we’ve made by testing strength, stamina and over-all fitness. Well, we actually test overall fitness everyday!

A. 12 Minutes to 1RM Back Squat

  • Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically

B. 12 Minutes to 1RM Push Press

  • Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically

C. 12 Minutes to 1RM Power Clean

  • Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically

Score will be all lifts added together for a total. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
