A. 12 Minutes to 1RM Back Squat
Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically
B. 12 Minutes to 1RM Push Press
Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically
C. 12 Minutes to 1RM Power Clean
Athlete will begin warming up with light sets and move to their 1RM methodically
