9 Minute AMRAP

Athlete will complete kettlebell swings to failure (44/35).

Once athlete accomplishes failure, athlete must complete 8 toes to bar or 12 AbMat Situps. This will continue the duration of the AMRAP.

Score will be number of power clean and strict presses and total number of KB swings. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
