12 minute Free Warm-up/Roll-out/Stretch

Partner MetCon Friday

For Time

Females 135 lbs/Males 205 lbs

Partner 1 Holds Deadlift at top Position while Partner 2 Chooses between:

55 Cal Row

55 Cal Bike

550 Single Unders

*If Partner one drops bar, partner 2 must stop movement until bar is back in top position.

Once completed, partners switch positions and begin exact progression.

Then,

Tag Run

Partner 1 runs one building lap and tags partner 2. Partner 2 the completes building lap. Upon completion of this lap, time will be recorded.
