Good evening Root Down…Partner WOD Friday is upon us…

“Deck of Cards”
Each athlete will work through and entire deck of cards using the key below:
Hearts - Burpees
Spades - Wall Balls (20/14)
Diamonds - Kettlebell Swings “American Style” (44/35)
Clubs - Box Jumps (24/20)
Example: If you draw an 8 of hearts, you will perform 8 burpees. You and your partner will taken turns drawing from deck until all cards have been used.
Bonus: Joker = 400M Run
Score will be total time in MetCon. See you tomorrow! #DOWORK
