20 minute AMRAP

Partner 1 will run 400M while partner 2 begins the following:

- 8 get over the box burpees

- 16 Spider-Man Push-ups

- 24 Nasties

- 32 Air Squats

Once Partner 1 completes run, they will take over for partner 2 while partner 2 runs. This will continue the duration of the AMRAP. See you all tomorrow! DOWORK!
