30 for 30 Burpee Challenge!

It will start as a “Weekend Challenge” but will continue for 30 days!

How it works: Every day you will complete 3 sets of 10 burpees with 1 minute rest in between sets. Continue this for 30 days!

What will happen: You will become more energetic, fit and stronger!

*You can scale as needed.

Anyone is welcome to join in on these challenges! The more the merrier! You do not have to be signed up for the
”Spring Into Summer Nutrition Challenge”

Post or send a pic of you doing the burpee challenge to be entered into a drawing for a goodie bag! Let’s get moving!
