With 1-on-1 coaching lead by Misty Williams or Marla Thompson, the focus will be on healthy (and realistic) foods. We don’t prescribe diets. We offer guidance for sustainable longterm results. We have helped many of our members lose weight and inches while gaining knowledge for maintaining a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
