Good evening Root Down…
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I also want to wish a very Happy Mother’s Day to the Root Down mothers!
I’ve been healing a gaining some strength and weight back. Daily “micro” workouts have made a real difference in my recovery once I was able to lift and move a little.
Starting this week, going to begin sprinkling in some coaching sessions taking into account my strength and energy through the day. I look forward to seeing everyone and getting back to some normalcy. My coaching schedule this week will be as follows:
M 8:30AM and Noon
T 4:30PM and 6:30PM
W 4:30PM
Th Noon
F 5:30AM/8:30AM/Noon
Please note all other class times are as scheduled and may be self taught. Or, Vinny and Misty will be stepping in to coach as needed.
