Good evening Root Down…
I hope you all had a very nice weekend! Maybe starting to warm-up…I can’t tell.
Getting better each day here. Again, I want to take the time to thank each of you for all the thoughts and prayers and everything you’ve done for me and Root Down. During my career as a coach and gym owner, my goal is always to not only help educate and direct athletes to healthier lifestyles, but to first and foremost create a strong sense of community. And, I have never seen that reflected as strongly as the Root Down community during this crazy and difficult time. Thank you!
Going to attempt coming by for a couple of classes this week and increase that as my strength progresses over the upcoming weeks. I look forward to seeing you all again.
