Want to take the time to thank each veteran who served to protect our freedoms and way of life…if you see a veteran today, walk up to them and give them a personal “thank you” for their service.
As you work through the partner MetCon today, be cognizant of the sacrifices that have been made.
ALSO, I will be leaving town tomorrow following the noon class. 4:30 pm class will be self-led. Make it an open gym or grab a partner and work through this fun Veteran’s Day MetCon.
